Which payment methods do you accept?

M2R accepts Paypal and the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and ATM/Debit Cards with a VISA or Master Card logo.

Do you charge taxes?

If you are a California resident, then you must pay the Sales Tax. If you are in any other state or outside the US, no tax will be charged to your order.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. Our rates vary based on the carrier chosen, weight and destination country.Your shipping price will be determined online and you can view it before completing the checkout process.

Do you ship to APO and Military Bases?

Yes, M2R supports our troops stationed overseas and appreciate your service, your order will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for certain products. However; we don’t offer free shipping for order going outside USA.

Can you ship my order as a gift so I don’t need to pay custom fees?

We’re sorry, but we are not able to ship any packages as gifts.

How long does it takes to ship my order?

Most orders will be shipped on the following 24-48 business hours. Orders shipped to an address different than the billing address might take longer for order validation. If your order can’t be shipped within that time frame we will notify you right away.Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

How long does it take to receive my package?

In the US, your order should arrive within 2-6 business days after you receive the shipping confirmation. For international orders it varies from country to country and customs or postal delays but typically arrive within 10-14 business days.


Which steps should I follow to return an item for a refund or exchange?

Returns are simple with us, first make sure all items are still new and unwashed in order to receive a refund or exchange (shipping and handling fees are not refundable).

Exchanges/returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date listed on the front of your receipt.

Contact customer support via email or phone (insert email and phone number here) to get a return authorization and return address.

Send the item back with a copy of the invoice (customer is responsible for shipping fees). Be sure to include a brief note on the invoice stating the item number, description and size of the T-shirt you would like to exchange it for.

Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn.

Are your products original and licensed?

Yes, we deal directly with official manufactures that have the current license of the products we sell.

Do you have any washing tips for my purchase?

We do! Remember that the prints on T-shirts are not heat transferred, they are silk screened onto the fabric. This process insures greater durability than any heat transferred process. Here are some suggestions to get the most out of your recently purchased T-shirt:

Turn the T-shirt inside out first. Turning the T-shirt inside out will protect the printed area

Check for special care instructions on the label.

Wash in cold water; hot water can cause shrinkage.To keep whites whiter, don't overload the washing machine. Put in only whites.Use a medium dryer temperature.

If hang to dry, keep the neck area at the bottom and avoid strong sunlight, always hang it turned inside out.

Ironing - Turn your t-shirt inside out or place a tea towel over the image on the shirt beforehand to protect the artwork. A hot iron will only cause the design to age prematurely and fade the colors.Remember you may not always need to iron your t-shirt anyway.
