The charge of the 12th century Spanish knights The Order of St. James of the Sword vowed to protect pilgrims and extirpate infidels. An antiqued pewter cross pendant in a traditional style raised in relief with fleur-de-lys ends to the arms of the cross and a sword-pointed shaft and a dark round hematite cabochon at its center.
